Assessment of the Quality of Care by Patients in Healthcare Facilities in the Bunia Urban-Rural Health Zone

Patient’s appreciation of the quality care in the health structure which gives the
compliments package of the activities in Bunia ZSUR has been evaluated, Dispositions are put
by structure to allow patients appreciating services that they are.
Beneficiaries have been identified and the proposition aspects of bettering have been picked
up.
After analyses and description, patient’s appreciation and of their families are negative
thanks to the variables studied. No disposition is put for the appreciation, the hospital propriety,
the rent of health care and the patient safety.
