The Higher Institute of Medical Techniques of Nyankunde (ISTM Nyankunde) continues to strengthen its initiatives aimed at promoting hygiene, cleanliness and environmental protection within its academic community.

As part of this commitment, the Community Health Section, accompanied by the Stewardship team, installed several awareness signboards designed to encourage the ISTM Nyankunde community to observe proper hygiene practices, maintain a clean environment and protect green spaces.

This initiative is part of the policy of the General Management of ISTM Nyankunde, which places particular emphasis on creating and maintaining a clean, healthy and conducive environment for academic and professional activities.

Through the messages displayed on these signboards, students, lecturers, staff members and visitors are encouraged to adopt responsible practices, including proper waste disposal, maintaining the cleanliness of shared spaces, respecting green areas and actively contributing to environmental protection.

Beyond improving the appearance of the academic environment, this initiative highlights the close relationship between environmental quality and community health. Maintaining a clean environment is therefore a collective responsibility that requires everyone's participation.

Together, let us keep our environment clean and protect our green spaces. A clean environment means a healthy community.

Through this initiative, ISTM Nyankunde reaffirms its commitment to health promotion, environmental education and the development of a culture of responsibility within its academic community.
